Service Description

Capture treasured holiday memories with a professional family photo-shoot session, Included in the price is 5 high quality pictures in digital format. This is a Digital Package. You get the file to print as you see fit at no extra charge! How long is a session? About 10 minutes How much does a session cost? $100 if booked by July 31st, $150 After July 31st. Can I book more than 1 package? Yes. if you book a Santa at home package and this one a $50 credit will be applied. (Please note these packages are shot on different days) How soon do I get the pictures? About 2-3 days after the photo-shoot the download link will be emailed to you. Can I bring pets? Yes. Please bring some treats along Can I get more than 5 Photos? Yes. Your full gallery will be available for additional $75 Are cookies included? Yes

Cancellation Policy

Party Booking Process: Submit a party inquiry or give us a call to find a date/time for your party. We can hold a spot for you without a deposit for up to 3 days. At that point, we would require a deposit to secure your spot. The deposit is 50% of the base party price. The balance and any extras (gratuity, additional guests, or add-ons) is due no later than the day of the party. We can answer any of your questions and finalize your selections at the time you book. Or if you prefer, you can wait to decide on the details until closer to your party date. We just need to have all the information finalized no later than 5 days before your event (including a final headcount, any allergy information and add-ons). Cancellation Policy: 31 Day Notice of Cancellation will receive a Full Refund of Payment. Cancellations received within the 31 day window of event date will be handled accordingly. 15-30 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 25% of the Rental Items Will be Charged 8-14 Days Notice – A Cancellation Fee of 50% of the Rental Items Will be Charged 1-7 Days Notice – No Cancellations or Refunds will be given Room Damage/Excessive Cleaning: If rooms are damaged or left extremely dirty during an event or birthday party, guests who booked the room will be charged on their credit card the amount it costs to replace the damaged items + $75.00 labor fee to return the room to its original state. Damaged items include damaged tables, chairs, etc. We are a small family-run business and have created a space to be enjoyed and respected. As we will do our best to serve you, please return the courtesy.
